High Protein Deviled Egg Dip
I enjoy deviled eggs (particularly the filling), but I dislike making them. This creamy, high-protein deviled egg dip tastes similar to the inside of a deviled egg.
Dip vegetables or crackers into it for a nutritious snack. And it has about 40 grammes of protein.
I learned about this dish from The Dip King on TikTok. He's an excellent follow, and he's shed over 100 pounds by eating a healthy, high-protein diet. This is my variation.
This recipe combines two high-protein ingredients: cottage cheese and eggs.
